NYPD Stepping Up Security in Stations With ‘Savage’ Subway Posters, Maybe

Although NYPD spokesman Paul Browne has insisted that he anticipated no change “in security, posture or staffing” because of the provocative “Defeat Jihad” posters that went up in ten stations yesterday (against the MTA’s wishes), the Post hears otherwise:

So, who knows? Either way, New York’s citizenry already seems to be taking some action of its own: The Post says that the one of the posters was torn down “just hours after it was hung.”
