New York’s Power Is Mostly Fixed, Except Where It Isn’t

Gov. Andrew Cuomo said on Monday that utilities has restored just about all the power they could, but some houses are simply too damaged to have their juice turned back on. But that didn’t include water or heat, which the New York Times points out still hasn’t come back on for many in public housing, as well as the lights in some cases.
