Most New Yorkers Don’t Think Paterson Did a Good Job in Tapping Gillibrand


The public-opinion verdict is in: According to a Siena College poll, 33 percent of voters thought Paterson did a medium job in picking Hillary Clinton’s replacement in the Senate, while 29 percent thought he did a poor job. Only 27 percent said the process of picking Kirsten Gillibrand was good, and 6 percent rated it excellent. [Newsday]
