Having suspended the trials at Guantanamo, Obama will reportedly sign executive orders today shutting down the detention center and also the network of remaining secret CIA prisons. The orders will call for an immediate review of all 245 inmates at Gitmo and put an end to the use of coercive interrogation techniques by the CIA. [NYT]
