Who's your favorite New Yorker, living or dead, real or fictional?
My father.

What's the best meal you've eaten in New York?
Gnocchi at my aunt's house. She makes each gnoccho by hand and usually makes them only around Christmas time. So I have to wait all year for them!

In one sentence, what do you actually do all day in your job?
Write music and perform.

Would you still live here on a $35,000 salary?
I think I'd live here no matter what.

What's the last thing you saw on Broadway?
The American Plan.

Do you give money to panhandlers?
Sometimes.

What's your drink?
Depends what mood I'm in. Vodka, whiskey, or wine. There's nothing like a great bottle of wine.

How often do you prepare your own meals?
I like to cook. So if I'm home, pretty often.

What's your favorite medication?
What a question.

What's hanging above your sofa?
This guy I killed last week.

How much is too much to spend on a haircut?
That's a tough one. Haircuts can be important depending on the head. Bad ones can lead to some pretty horrific visuals. Hard to make a rule for this one.

When's bedtime?
Usually whenever I'm tired. But it changes depending on whether I'm at home or on the road.

Which do you prefer, the old Times Square or the new Times Square?
The old one.

What do you think of Donald Trump?
I like him.

What do you hate most about living in New York?
Not sure I really hate anything about New York, but if I had to say, the traffic.

Who is your mortal enemy?
Same guy that's hanging above my sofa.

When's the last time you drove a car?
Can't remember. It's been a while.

How has the Wall Street crash affected you?
Same way it affected everyone else in the country.

Times, Post, or Daily News?
I bounce around between the three.

Where do you go to be alone?
Home.

What makes someone a New Yorker?
Knowing that whoever would ask that question isn't one.
