Bernie Madoff can now make himself comfortable (or as comfortable as that bed could possibly allow) at the Metropolitan Correctional Center, after a three-judge panel ruled that he can’t return to his penthouse while awaiting his June sentencing hearing. Though Madoff’s lawyers argued that he wasn’t a flight risk, for some reason the court just doesn’t seem to trust the guy. [AP via Google]
