“Yesterday we were at Whole Foods on the Bowery at around four and, in addition to saggy-panted J.D. Sampson from Le Tigre in the produce room, there were Blake and Penn, shopping just like they subsist also on human food! Two observations: He had what I thought was a birthmark on the side of his neck, but it might have been a hickey. At first I thought it was a neck tattoo, which seemed odd. She was wearing tights.”
