Cuomo and Paterson’s Dueling State Strategies


This week, New York’s Chris Smith looks at the way in which Andrew Cuomo is being buoyed toward the statehouse in Albany on the back of a wave of frustration with David Paterson — even though he’s doing his best to avoid a head-to-head race. On the other hand, Jacob Gershman reports that Paterson is doing his best to make people choose sides already.
