Tina Fey Upgrades on West End Avenue

Tina Fey and her composer husband, Jeff Richmond, moved into a bigger apartment on West End Avenue. They upgraded to a four-bedroom, two-fireplace pre-war co-op, which they bought for $3.4 million (the original price was $4.1 million). In 2004 they bought on the same street for $1.9 million. Fey clearly loves the neighborhood — in her new place she has "a peek" of the Hudson River. And when she has to film a scene outside her alter ego Liz Lemon's apartment, it's only about a dozen-block walk downtown to 160 Riverside Drive, where many of the 30 Rock character's most memorable mishaps have taken place.
