Bloomberg Will Graciously Answer Questions About His Campaign

In the wake of his harsh dismissal of a reporter last week, Mayor Bloomberg has announced a new policy on taking questions from the press. Hizzoner will not answer questions about the mayoral campaign during events not specifically campaign related, but during campaign events he will “generally” (and he stressed generally) take questions from reporters — which, amazingly, he had tried to avoid before. “Won’t it often be difficult to discern whether an event has a connection to your campaign?” one reporter objected.
