According to a new Public Policy Polling survey, only 45 percent of all Arkansan voters believe President Obama was born in the country (as compared to 62 percent in the nation as a whole), the first state where the polling outfit has “found less than half of respondents confident that the President is a natural born citizen.” Sadly, numbers like these are no longer startling.
