It's legal to stand on private property and strap an unconcealed gun to your leg in New Hampshire. And it's certainly legal to hold up a sign reading "It is time to water the tree of liberty," a reference to Thomas Jefferson's line that "The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time, with the blood of patriots and tyrants."
