McKinsey Narrows Focus on Details, Condé Nast Traveler, and Glamour

This week, executives at Condé Nast "armed with McKinsey-branded binders" started handing out budget goals next year to the heads of various magazine brands. According to the Observer, Details, Condé Nast Traveler, and Glamour have been ordered to cut spending by 25 percent. Gourmet and Teen Vogue have also, apparently, already received budget-reduction orders. [NYO]
