Responding to chatter that Rudy Giuliani might be better off challenging Kirsten Gillibrand for Senate instead of David Paterson or Andrew Cuomo for governor, Rudy's former chief of staff and current Giuliani Partner executive, Tony Carbonetti, basically says that his boss's talents would be wasted at the august institution. "He has said time and again that the Senate is not a job for him," he tells the Washington Post's Chris Cillizza. "He is a chief executive, and a damn good one." Well, sooor-ry, Mr. Executive.
