Another Reason for Rudy to Not Run for Governor

In the magazine this week, Michael Crowley suggests that Rudy Giuliani doesn't seem quite so inspired about a potential run for governor. "He gave the distinct impression of a man for whom the state job may not be quite enough," Crowley writes. Of course, even if Giuliani decided that Albany would suffice, he would have to get there first, a task that falls somewhere between difficult and futile if/when Andrew Cuomo becomes a candidate. According to the Post, Cuomo has been kind enough to secretly inform Giuliani that he and his 99 percent approval rating will be doing just that. [NYP]
