Barack Obama cut his round of golf short this afternoon during his Hawaiian vacation in order to rush home in a speeding motorcade. Around the same time, an ambulance was seen by reporters rushing to the same destination. White House staff has said that the emergency was a “personal matter” not involving the health or safety of the president. We’ll keep you posted as we learn more. Update: Turns out it was the child of a family friend, and the injury was minor.
