Rupert Murdoch Ready to Spend $15 Million on Journal’s New York Newsroom


That’s the figure he’s planning on shelling out in order to staff and develop his new pet project, the New York bureau of The Wall Street Journal. The section, which may or may not be its own pull-out portion of the physical paper, is expected to look a bit like the now-defunct New York Sun, and is being helmed by a former Sun editor, John Seeley.
