“I killed someone once” is an interesting thing for anyone to say in a non-joking way, at any time, ever. When you’re a BBC television personality, like Ray Gosling, and you say it on-camera, it’s especially noteworthy. As part of a documentary on death and dying that aired yesterday, Gosling reveals, while walking through a cemetery, that he once used a pillow to smother his lover, who was terminally ill from AIDS and in “terrible, terrible pain.” Gosling says he only did what his lover requested, and has no regrets. The police are now investigating, however.
