If we came across a guy wandering through the subway tunnels at 5:30 a.m., dressed in a fake track-worker outfit, carrying a bunch of flares and a canister of sodium cyanide, we'd be a little freaked out. That's pretty much how it went this morning for a crew of real MTA workers, who apprehended the guy and called the police. But it turns out that the 20-year-old Pace University student was just looking for an isolated place to commit suicide so he wouldn't be found. Well, that's definitely one of the saddest things we've ever heard. Happy Friday. [NYDN, CNN]
