The second man arrested in a plot to detonate a series of homemade bombs in the New York subway system will plead guilty to terrorism charges, the Post reports. The man, Zarein Ahmedzay, conspired with mastermind Najibullah Zazi, who has already pleaded guilty. Ahmedzay is expected in court this afternoon, where he’ll plead guilty to conspiracy to use weapons of mass destruction and providing material support to a terrorist organization, among other things. The two knew one another since high school, and both went on a trip to Pakistan in 2008 to seek out terror training from Al Qaeda. Ahmedzay had previously plead not guilty to being a co-conspirator.
