In a symbolic move, Mayor Bloomberg ate dinner Sunday night at Blue Fin, a seafood restaurant located in the heart of Times Square at Broadway and 47th Street. He was reportedly joined by mounted officer Wayne Rhatigan, who played an integral role in the handling of the Saturday-night car-bomb attempt. The Journal reported that Lance Orton, the street vendor who initially spotted smoke emanating from the car, was also invited to the dinner, but that it was not clear whether he was able to attend.
