Condé Nast chairman Si Newhouse has always been a little reluctant to license out his living glossy brands, but according to the Observer's John Koblin, once he's put such a brand out to pasture, he'll consider shopping around the name.

Ruth Reichl, the legendary Gourmet editor, is not expected to be involved with this latest iteration of the brand.
