A frozen-custard vendor in Wisconsin offered Vice-President Joe Biden an on-the-house frozen treat this weekend, joking, “Lower our taxes, and we’ll call it even!” Naturally, in turn, Biden asked him: “Why don’t you say something nice instead of being such a smartass all the time?!”
