Michael Lohan has reportedly been trying to sell photos of his former fiancée, former gossip reporter Kate Major, "topless and passed out in bed with her engagement ring still on her finger." To be fair, he needs the money to pay off the lawyers he needs now that Kate is suing him for harassment, claiming he kicked her and threatened to kill her as a result of a missed cell-phone call. In the meantime, Alexis Neiers, one of the teenagers who was arrested for burglarizing Orlando Bloom's home and was subsequently given a reality show, Pretty Wild, crossed paths with Lindsay Lohan in jail. She "looked a little down," she later remarked to Us. "But you're in prison, you're in jail, ya know?" Speaking of Orlando Bloom, he and Miranda Kerr have returned from their "secret honeymoon" in the Caribbean. Donald Trump says that Rachel Uchitel wasn't right for Celebrity Apprentice because he doesn't see her "as a celebrity in any sense." Bethenny Frankel says she doesn't want daughter Brynn to ever be on a reality show, which is weird, because she is on one now.

Angelina Jolie showed the Russians some cleavage, sporting a bright-red dress for Moscow's Salt premiere. After having a few drinks on the Soho House roof, Kevin Connelly wasn't recognized and was held up at the door of Bagatelle. Alicia Keys supported Swizz Beatz as he accepted an honor at Russell Simmons's Art for Life benefit in East Hampton, but avoiding answering questions about their wedding. Kristen Stewart will not be landing the lead role in The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo. Ali Larter is craving "Sprinkles cupcakes, pizza, pasta," during her pregnancy.

Miami Heat player Chris Bosh threw the first Bridgehampton Polo ball, and was thereafter mobbed by fans, including Kourtney Kardashian. Also, Kourtney says her boyfriend Scott Disick is "not a monster." A producer of Casey Affleck's documentary about Joaquin Phoenix is suing him for sexual harassment. One of Simon Cowell's Britain's Got Talent castoffs is suing him for "humiliation" and "degradation" — basically, for doing what he gets paid to do.

The Situation's Jersey Shore castmates can't stand his inflated ego, and some are hoping he'll leave the show. During a New Music Seminar at Webster Hall, Kelly Cutrone revealed the key to making it in the music industry, commenting, "Look, let's be honest, the most important factor for any artist to break is their FQ Factor — Fuckability Quotient." And at EW's Comic-Con party, teeny-bopper-of-yore Tiffany defended Miley Cyrus's racy behavior, commenting, "Miley Cyrus is on a great track … I know that there are a lot of people that say well when you are so young you shouldn't be sexy … I think that in today's world you kind of have to be [sexy] to be competitive in the market."
