While most of the humor from Elena Kagan’s confirmation hearings has come from the Supreme Court nominee herself, Jon Stewart presented an amusing collection tonight of the euphemisms and awkward references Republicans have used in regards to Kagan’s Jewishness, as well as to her “radical” ties to Thurgood Marshall.
