Sherr-una Booker, the woman who was allegedly assaulted by David Johnson, an aide to Governor Paterson, and then was allegedly pressured by Paterson not to pursue an order of protection, now wants prosecutors to reopen a case against Johnson. Though providing interviews with the Daily News and NBC New York yesterday, Booker wouldn't say what role Paterson played in the incident, so as not to interfere with the ongoing investigation by former Chief Justice Judith Kaye, which will hopefully be completed sometime before the sun dies out. "It's not okay for someone to be fearful, it's just not okay," Booker says. "Speak up. Stand up." [NYDN, NBC New York]
