Bears are increasingly moving into human territory as they run out of space, Jeff Corwin reports on MSNBC today, resulting in increased bear attacks on humans. "I felt a big fur blanket over my head and the sound of my bones crushing in my face," is how Wyoming resident Gerry Ruth described an incident in which he was mauled by a grizzly. Still: Even with bone-crushing violence, people are being far more forgiving of the animals than they often are of their human counterparts. "Bears have every right to be here as I do. I've got to live in their habitat. That's just something I have to do."
