The pop queen delivered a 17-minute speech - titled “The Prime Rib of America” - to a crowd of 4,500 in Maine this afternoon, in an effort to lobby the state’s two Republican senators. She referenced her already-infamous VMAs outfit in the address: “Equality is the prime rib of America,” she said, “But because I am gay, I don’t get to enjoy the greatest cut of meat my country has to offer… Shouldn’t everyone deserve to wear the same meat dress I do?”
