No one comes out clean in the state watchdog's 308-page report released today on rampant cronyism and scheming around the contract to operate the casino at the Aqueduct Race Track. Governor Paterson and Sheldon Silver both come under fire, but State Senate Democratic leader John Sampson gets singled out for his role in trying to push through a group that was "too shady to get a gaming license," says the Post.
