Rutgers Students Who Secretly Filmed Tyler Clementi Withdraw From School

By

Dharun Ravi and Molly Wei have taken Rutgers up on its offer to let the students withdraw, which means the 18-year-olds won't face university disciplinary hearings in connection with Tyler Clementi's suicide. Prosecutors are considering charges for hate crimes. [NYP, CBS]
