Brooklyn Boy From Jovial Family Gets the Last Laugh

Principal Jonathan Straughn, of Public School 276 in Canarsie, reportedly “grabbed a boy and pulled his arm for laughing outside his office,” according to the Daily News. “When the boy’s uncle objected and asked Straughn if there was a rule against laughing, the principal answered, ‘As a matter of fact, there is. Now I know why this kid is the way he is,’ according to the boy’s grandmother, who was sitting nearby.” Now the principal has been suspended. Ha-ha.
