The City Council hearing yesterday was the first chance local politicians had to formally question transportation commissioner Janette Sadik-Khan on the city’s development and enforcement of bike lanes. You know, those things that Marty Markowitz has said are ruining Prospect Park West, turning New York into some kind of Amsterdam.
