Robert De Niro and his wife, Grace Hightower, settled a suit brought by their former nanny Alexis Barry on Thursday. Barry claimed that De Niro failed to pay her for more than 750 hours of overtime — and the court awarded Barry $30,000. Barry worked for the couple for just under a year, and was fired in June 2007. As per the Manhattan Supreme Court's stipulation, "The parties will keep the terms of this settlement confidential, as well as any matter related to [Barry's] employment." [NYDN]
