Donald Trump’s Hollywood Enemy List Continues to Grow

Last week, it was Jerry Seinfeld. This week, it's Robert De Niro. Over the weekend, De Niro told Brian Williams that Trump's birther obsession "is crazy." "Don't go out there and say things unless you can back them up," De Niro said. "How dare you? It's awful." When Trump was asked about the remarks this morning, he had a response ready:

"Well he’s not the brightest bulb on the planet," said Trump of De Niro during a phone interview on "Fox & Friends." "I’ve been watching him over the years and I like his acting, but you know in terms of when I watch him doing interviews and various other things, we’re not dealing with Albert Einstein."

In short: Well, De Niro is dumb. Such a sophisticated retort could only come from someone of vast intellectual abilities.
