Everyone just kind of assumes that Vice-President Joe Biden won’t run for president (for a third time) in 2016 because he’ll be nearly 74 years old on election day and is known mostly for making gaffes and cursing at inappropriate times. But Biden apparently hasn’t ruled it out, he told party donors, unprompted, in a meeting last week, citing “political conditions and his own health as relevant factors.” [Ben Smith/Politico]
