Rick Perry, Who Once Threatened to Secede, Now Mulling Run for President

After repeating for months that he is not interested in running for president, Rick Perry, who has served as Texas's governor since 2000, changed his tune today. "I'm going to think about it," he told reporters this morning. Conservative radio host Laura Ingraham, meanwhile, hears that Perry has already decided to run. If he does enter the race, he will presumably not campaign as a "uniter." [AP]
