A day after President Obama called on Congress to cancel its planned Fourth of July recess (and implied that his daughters would have hammered out a debt-reduction plan by now), Harry Reid has done just that, ordering senators to return to Washington on Tuesday instead of relaxing with their families and/or secret families for the entire week.
