Yemen’s President Wounded in Palace Attack

On your list of places to not go anytime soon for any reason: Yemen. The Times reports today that the already impoverished country is moving deeper into an "economic crisis" and could gain the distinction of having the first capital city ever to run out of water. Meanwhile, as two weeks of fighting between the government and tribal forces in the capital of Sanaa continues today, the presidential palace was hit by rocket fire, "lightly wounding" increasingly erratic president Ali Abdullah Saleh and seriously wounding the deputy prime minister.
