Now that the military has kicked off the plan to end its "don't ask, don't tell" policy barring gays from serving openly in the military, and a federal judge forced officers to stop enforcing it even earlier than planned, one former Navy man is organizing what is believed to be the first contingent of active-service men and women to march in a city gay pride parade tomorrow in San Diego.
