DSK’s Attorneys Call Released Hospital Report ‘Misleading and Deceitful’

Dominique Strauss-Kahn's legal team took issue with a leaked medical file documenting the examination of accuser Nafissatou Diallo at St. Luke's following her alleged attack by the former IMF chief. The report identifies the cause of her injuries as "assault" and "rape," but Benjamin Brafman and William Taylor (who are lawyers, not doctors) argue otherwise. In a statement released Tuesday night, they wrote: "The physical descriptions of the complainant in the medical reports are not injuries at all, and are common conditions consistent with many possible causes other than a sexual assault, including consensual sexual activity days before the incident."
