In case it wasn't already obvious from the large-scale religious pandering, Texas governor Rick Perry plans on running for president, and according to Politico, he'll make his intentions clear in a speech this Saturday. Then, for anyone who still hasn't caught on, he will immediately head to an event in New Hampshire for the first time this campaign season. [Politico]
