Hey, everybody: New York Magazine is currently at work on our 9/11 anniversary issue and we are looking for readers to submit their own photos from September 11, 2001. We’ve already received a great selection — above are pictures by readers Alissa Zulvergold (left) and Paul K. Wernersbach Jr (right) — but we’re still looking for more to include in the magazine and on this website and on our Facebook page. The issue closes this week, so please don’t wait.
The photos can be from any time in the days surrounding 9/11 and from any place in New York City. Please e-mail pictures to photo.desk@nymag.com, and include your name, telephone number, the exact time the picture was taken (if your photo does not have an accurate time stamp, then please give us an estimate), and the location in the city.
