The libertarian former New Mexico governor usually polls around 1 percent, just like Jon Huntsman and Rick Santorum, and yet he hasn't been allowed to participate in a debate since the very first, poorly attended one back in May. Finally, he'll get another shot this Thursday, in the next primary season debate, hosted by Fox News in Florida. He'll get maybe 40 seconds of airtime, but it's better than nothing. [Daily Beast]
