Saadi Qaddafi Located in Niger

With the loyalist strongholds Bani Walid and Sirte under attack by Transitional National Council forces, Muammar Qaddafi’s surrender-prone son has crossed into neighboring Niger. So far, the government there has declined to arrest Saadi, saying he and his convoy of eight others are being allowed into the country on “humanitarian grounds.” The group is expected to make its way to the capital city, Niamey.
