John Heilemann on Hardball: Qaddafi Death Backlash
Some Republicans say the mission wasn't worth the risks.
Our own John Heilemann visited Hardball today to discuss whether the mission to go after Libyan dictator Muammar Qaddafi was worth the risks involved. A sort of "lead from behind" tactic, as an Obama official recently put it, has been criticized by Republicans including Michele Bachmann. "It would behoove a lot of Republicans who made fun of [Obama's Libya strategy] to stand up and at least acknowledge that in this case it actually worked," Heilemann said. It certainly did.
