Herman Cain Calls Wolf Blitzer ‘Blitz’

WASHINGTON, DC - OCTOBER 31: Republican presidential candidate and former Godfather's Pizza chief executive Herman Cain participates in a discussion about his 9-9-9 tax plan at the American Enterprise Institute October 31, 2011 in Washington, DC. POLITICO.com reported Sunday that the National Restaurant Association paid settlements to two female employees who accused Cain of harassment when he was president of the association in the 1990s. With many voters crediting his business experience, Cain is tied with former Massachusetts Governor Mitt Romney at the top of the Des Moines Register's recent survey of likely caucus participants in Iowa. Herman Cain absentmindedly gave Wolf Blitzer a new nickname tonight. Responding to a question concerning racial and religious profiling and airport security at CNN's Republican debate on national security, Herman Cain addressed the moderator, Wolf Blitzer, as "Blitz."

Cain later corrected himself. Moments later, Blitz referred to the former Godfather's Pizza CEO as "Cain."

A good time was had by all.
