Congress Still Not As Dysfunctional As South Korea’s Parliament

By

Sure, nothing ever gets accomplished in the soul-crushing, perpetually deadlocked U.S. Congress. But at least Dennis Kucinich has never launched a tear gas canister at John Boehner, which is something that happened in South Korea's parliament today:

Shouts and screams filled the National Assembly as ruling party lawmakers forced their way onto the parliamentary floor. Amid the scuffling, one opposition lawmaker doused rivals with tear gas.

Eh, who are we kidding? We'd much rather have an effective Congress that also happens to experience the occasional legislator-on-legislator tear-gas attack.
