Governor Andrew Cuomo and his girlfriend, Sandra Lee, live on what appears to be a very nice street in Mount Kisco, New York, in a four-bedroom white colonial. If you've ever wanted the opportunity to run into the couple at a block party, or, say taking out the trash, now's your chance! There's a house for sale on the street for $699,000. They probably won't show up at the block party, or take out their own trash, to be totally honest — the Times seemed to have a hard time finding neighbors who had actually interacted with Cuomo, and went with this as a heartwarming anecdote: "She recalled the time her daughter was weaving down the lane on a Razor scooter just as Mr. Cuomo’s car was pulling out of his driveway and he was gracious in patiently waiting." What a mensch! Hard to find neighbors who don't callously mow down your young child these days.

But it's still apparently a good bargain for the neighborhood. And maybe you can stake out local retailers for a chance of running into Cuomo, who, reports the Times, has in the past "dropped in at Richard’s Home Center and Lumber to buy tools and hardware for light repairs." Or perhaps run into Lee at the grocery store buying the makings for an ice-cream baker potato? Perhaps it's time for Intel to buy the house and go all Joe McGuinness on the situation.
