Popular rock-and-soul D.J. Jonathan Toubin wasn't driving or even walking around when he was hit by a car. He was lying down in bed in his Portland hotel room when a cab crashed into his room and landed on top of him. Details are still scant, but the driver may have been undergoing a "medical emergency." Toubin is in critical condition.
