Donald Trump has announced that he will no longer take part in an almost universally ignored Republican primary debate planned for December 27 — ostensibly because he couldn't serve as an impartial moderator while still mulling a run for president as an independent, a possibility which he seems intent on hyping through the next season of The Apprentice because everyone in America has amnesia.
